We know that wellness isn't just a trend, it's a lifestyle. And when it comes to leaders in wellness, it's hard not to mention Equinox. They lead the fitness scene creating workout experiences with the best in the industry. As one of our perk partners, we were excited to be featured on Furthermore by Equinox where our founder, Caroll Lee, shared her wellness essentials.
Running Provenance Meals, traveling, and raising two kids sounds like there's no time for anything else. But, Caroll makes sure to incorporate wellness and self care rituals as an active part of her lifestyle. From her favorite probiotics, travel essentials, and on-the-go foods, Caroll shows that making wellness a priority can be effortless with her must-haves.

What does it take to beat the rat race and actually build a life that supports your wellness? This is the journey our featured client is on, as nutritionist Antoinette Liviola’s quest for health led her to coaching.
What I love most is helping people reconnect with their bodies and shift from “trying harder” to actually feeling supported. When nourishment is aligned, everything else gets easier — and watching that click for someone never gets old.
While the energy of the New Year is great for motivating me into action, it’s the subtle routine shifts that I try to commit to. Like James Clear suggests in Atomic Habits, I’m focused on how I can become more aligned to be my most authentic self, one percent at a time.
Here are my intentions for 2026 and the behaviors I’m implementing to move towards my goals. Do any of these line up with your own plans for the new year?
Holiday Gifts From The Heart
Inspiration for gifts that surprise, delight and could become someone's brown paper packages tied up with string (to quote The Sound of Music). Here are a few of OUR favorite things!
My goals for the detox were vague, but basically:
> I know I can take better care of myself, so I wanted to see how that felt.
> I wanted to know if I could be content with fewer carbs — I love bread! And ice cream.
> I hoped I’d lose a few pounds and reduce some stubborn inflammation.
Happily, yes yes and YES on all counts, with more yeses I didn’t even anticipate.
As a busy entrepreneur, having my meals ready allows me to focus on the things that truly need my attention. With meal prep, you’re not just buying food — you’re buying back your time, which gives you the freedom to prioritize what matters most. For me, food is fuel. So when it’s healthy, prepared, and ready to go? It’s a game-changer. This phase of my life requires me to be efficient and fully present, and Provenance helps me do exactly that.
My experience with the detox program felt way different this go-round for a couple of reasons. First, the obvious: I was sick. And I’m here to tell you, there is no need to wait until “the perfect time” for you to be “ready” for a program like this.
The fall can be a wonderful time of year with the crisp air finally cooling things down and much anticipated change arrives. It is also a time to get back to routines and new schedules especially if you’re a busy mom. Seasons of change and extra load on our lives is exactly the time we need to turn to prioritizing health and self-care.
We’ve been taught that the sun is the enemy. It’s actually absolutely essential to life–we need Vitamin D. Diet is more important than slathering on chemical-filled sunscreen. One of the best things you can do to prevent skin damage is avoid processed food, industrial vegetable oils, refined grains, and refined sugar. Then go the extra mile by incorporating these ingredients in your diet.
