I currently live in West Hollywood, though my background is a unique blend — half Italian, half Chilean, and born in Norway. My mornings start early with meditation, skincare, and journaling to set the tone for the day. Staying active is non-negotiable, so I hit my 10,000 steps daily and train at either Equinox or Gold’s Gym.
I often work out of Soho House or local cafés with a ceremonial-grade matcha in hand, while checking in with clients, programming their training plans, and leading sound healing sessions. Each week, I also record content to show my audience how to embody a high-performance, healthy lifestyle.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors — Malibu beaches, hiking trails, or anything adventurous. I also enjoy dancing, singing, and traveling whenever I can. For recovery, I weave in floating therapy, cryotherapy, yoga, and other wellness practices.
What I love most is the balance of structure and creativity — guiding clients through transformation while also exploring wellness, fitness, and self-expression in ways that keep me energized and inspired.
As a busy entrepreneur, having my meals ready allows me to focus on the things that truly need my attention. With meal prep, you’re not just buying food — you’re buying back your time, which gives you the freedom to prioritize what matters most.
For me, food is fuel. So when it’s healthy, prepared, and ready to go? It’s a game-changer. This phase of my life requires me to be efficient and fully present, and Provenance helps me do exactly that.
I always gravitate toward the high-protein meals. A couple of my favorites are the turkey burger with sweet potato fries and the barbacoa beef — I love that little spicy kick!
