+ Are the meals frozen or fresh?
All meals are prepared fresh and delivered in insulated boxes or totes.
+ When will my kit arrive?
All orders placed by Thursday at midnight will be delivered the following week. If you've been a Provenance client in the past, you can expect your Feel Good Fix the same day your meal delivery would typically arrive.
Depending on your zip code, UPS will email you on Sunday with a precise delivery date.
+ Do I need to be home when the delivery arrives?
Your reset kit is packed in an insulated bag or box with ice packs, so they will keep fresh for several hours. We recommend transferring your meals to a refrigerator as soon as possible.
+ DO I NEED TO GIVE UP COFFEE OR ALCOHOL?
While not required, we do recommend reducing and/or eliminating coffee during your Feel Good Fix. For best results, please abstain from drinking alcohol during the three days you are on the program.
+ Can I do this program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend that pregnant or breastfeeding moms do this program due to its low calorie content. However, we frequently have pregnant and new moms order from us, and our Weekly Meal Delivery can be great options for busy moms to get the nutrition they need.
