Make Space Pledge

 

We are dedicated to fostering a company culture and environment for our employees to feel supported and empowered.

We pledge to provide space for employees to openly discuss, share their experience, and grow. We pledge to encourage anti-racism training for employees including a stipend for individual learning, required trainings for managers, and more. We pledge to implement new hiring procedures and actively seek a diverse pool of candidates from Black, Indigenous, and other marginalized communities.

The collective knowledge of the health and wellness industry is based on the traditional and indigenous learnings of many different cultures.

We pledge to share more stories, narratives, and first hand accounts of people from the Black, Indigenous, and other marginalized communities. We pledge to feature more diverse voices across our blog, menu, social media channels, and more.

As we work on our impact to change the cultural landscape of wellness, let's hold each other accountable to promote community and diversity in our industry including at events and workshops, on retail shelves, in wellness education, and more.
