After years of serving you, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close Provenance. Feeding you and being a part of your daily routine has been an absolute privilege, and we are deeply grateful for your loyalty and support over the years.
Like many small businesses in the food industry, we have faced ongoing economic challenges and rising costs that make continuing operations no longer sustainable.
To ensure you have time to transition your meal planning smoothly, we will remain open for two final order cycles:
First Order Deadline: Thursday, August 13 at Midnight
Absolute Final Order Deadline: Thursday, August 20 at Midnight
Final Week of Deliveries: Week of August 23
What You Need to Know:
Subscriptions & Recurring Orders: All recurring orders and subscriptions will automatically end after the August 20 cutoff. You do not need to take any action to cancel. No further billing will occur after that date.
Gift Cards & Account Credits: Please apply any remaining account credits or active gift card balances to your remaining orders before the August 20 deadline.
New Accounts: We have paused new account sign-ups to focus entirely on fulfilling orders for our existing customers during these final weeks.
