Clean eating is a way of life and you can be successful in developing a new, healthier eating routine focusing on nutrient dense, whole foods. If you are ready to make the decision to eat clean, the time to start is now and we will be there every step of the way. Make a pledge to eat clean with us for the next three weeks and we will send you breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday, a daily snack from Provenance-approved purveyors, a detailed guide with tips and tricks to keep it clean on your own over the weekend (think how to order at restaurants, what to cook for the family, and more), plus a complimentary 20-minute health coaching session with one of our certified culinary nutritionists on staff.

- 15 Breakfast Shakes. Contains digestive herbs, protein and essential nutrients.
- 30 Provenance Meals for Lunch and Dinner (10 meals per week of plant-based and omnivore selections including poultry, fish, and eggs). Everything is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, with no refined sugars.
