Designed by wellness experts and health-supportive chefs, our meals are made-from-scratch in our Brooklyn kitchen using local seasonal vegetables, pasture-raised meats, and sustainably sourced seafood.

Following a Paleo Diet? All our meals are free of artificial ingredients, refined oils, gluten and dairy. Select meals marked Paleo when choosing your meals, and we'll make sure you also receive no grains, beans, or soy.

Market Vegetable Frittata: V, P
Pastured eggs make for delicious frittatas. Loaded with seasonal veggies and a side of greens. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Cleansing Mulberry Ginger Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
We combine certified gluten-free rolled oats with dried mulberries, ginger and wildflower honey to impart a balanced natural sweetness with slightly savory notes of caraway. Pistachios, almonds, cashews, hemp, sesame and sunflower seeds provide healthy plant-based protein. Contains nuts.

Hard Boiled Eggs with Dukkah Spice: V, P
Pasture raised eggs with a crunchy, spiced dukkah for dipping. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.

Clementine Hibiscus Chia Pudding: VG
A creamy coconut milk based chia pudding infused with hibiscus and topped with clementine. 

Marzipan Apricot Paleo Muffins: V, P
Kick processed carbs to the curb. Our muffins are made with high-protein almond flour and pasture-raised eggs. Paleo, contains nuts (almond), eggs.

Caribbean Plantain Porridge: VG
Escape to the Caribbean with this creamy grain-free plantain porridge, spiked with ginger and cinnamon.

Double Cacao Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
Double the chocolate is twice as nice! Our gluten-free granola is infused with cacao powder and mixed with cacao nibs. Served with a selenium-rich brazil nut milk. Contains nuts.


Harissa Yogurt Vitality Bowl: VG, Optional Chicken
A hearty bowl with a base of greens, topped with yellow lentils, kabocha squash, and red orach (similar to spinach, vibrant red orach is great for the immune system). Topped with a creamy coconut yogurt-based sauce with zesty harissa. Contains nightshades.

Lemongrass Ginger Chicken Soup: P
A pint of our nourishing pasture-raised chicken soup spiked with lemongrass, ginger, and fresh herbs. This twist on traditional chicken soup ups the ante with immune-boosting lemongrass and anti-inflammatory ginger - perfect for cold and flu season! Paleo.

Sesame Ginger Kale Salad: VG, P, Optional Chicken
Julienned kale is topped with crunchy honey-candied walnuts, pickled apples, black radish, and dressed with a sesame ginger dressing. Paleo, contains nuts.

Baked Sweet Potato Toast with White Bean & Crispy Sage: VG
Sweet potatoes have a surprising number of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it the perfect "toast" to top with a white bean mash and crispy sage.

Poblano Chili Soup: VG
Sweet smoky roasted poblano chiles and spinach give this creamy soup its bright green color. Served with tortilla chips made from Hot Bread Kitchen tortillas. Contains nightshades.

Spring Greens Salad with Market Vegetables: VG, Optional chicken
Farmer's market selection over Radicle Farm winter greens. Topped with marinated tempeh or chicken if checked below. May contain nightshades, nuts, or soy.

Thai Coconut Curry Soup: VG
Creamy curry soup, spiked with Thai red curry and served with brown rice. Contains nightshades.

Apple Sprout Grain Bowl: VG
Brussel sprouts, toasted qunioa, and pickled honey crisp apples are topped with toasted walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Contains nuts (walnut).


Chicken Tagine with Black Lime Rice
A slow-cooked North African stew of pasture-rasied chicken, chickpeas, and apricot. Served with Persian black lime rice. Contains nightshades.

Spanish Esqueixada Cod Salad: P
Our take on this traditional Catalan salad of shredded cod, tomatoes, onions, and olives. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Spicy Chili Cakes with Coconut Salsa: VG
Yellow split peas form the base of these zesty East African bites. Served with a jicama slaw and cooling coconut salsa. Contains nuts, nightshades.

Zucchini Noodles with Brazil Nut Pesto: VG, P, Optional chicken
Spiralized zucchini noodles are smothered with a brazil-nut-based pesto. Served with sundried tomatoes and spinach. Paleo, contains nightshades, nuts.

Balkan Beef with Ajvar Red Pepper Sauce
This traditional Serbian dish features grass-fed beef with ajvar, a pepper and eggplant sauce. Served with our housemade gluten-free flatbread. Contains nightshades, eggs.

Spaghetti Squash & Broccoli with Harissa Dressing: VG, P
Spaghetti squash, broccoli, and blue potatoes get a kick of heat (and metabolism boost!) from our Harissa-spiked vinaigrette. Paleo, contains nuts (cashew), nightshades.

Cauliflower Larb with Cilantro Rice: VG
Our vegan take on this traditionally meat-based Laotian dish is made with detox-boosting cauliflower and served with cilantro rice. Contains nightshades, nuts (cashew).

Mac 'n' Cheese with Mushroom & Kale: VG
Quinoa-based Fusilli pasta is smothered with a dairy-free butternut squash "cheese" sauce and loaded with mushrooms and kale. Contains nuts (cashew).
