Designed by wellness experts and health-supportive chefs, our meals are made-from-scratch in our Brooklyn kitchen using local seasonal vegetables, pasture-raised meats, and sustainably sourced seafood.

Strawberry Peach Smoothie Bowl: VG, P
A peach and banana smoothie base is topped with fresh strawberries, macadamia nuts, and bee pollen. Bee pollen is high in protein, it boosts energy levels and digestion, and can help soothe seasonal allergies. Paleo, contains nuts. 

Lady Grey Granola with Açaí Brazil Nut Milk: VG
Our gluten-free granola is infused with lavender and earl grey tea and served with a housemade superfood açaí brazil nut milk. Contains nuts.



Marzipan Cherry Paleo Muffins: V, P
Kick processed carbs to the curb. Our muffins are made with high-protein almond flour and pasture-raised eggs. Paleo, contains nuts (almond), eggs.

Cleansing Mulberry Ginger Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
We combine certified gluten-free rolled oats with dried mulberries, ginger and wildflower honey to impart a balanced natural sweetness with slightly savory notes of caraway. Pistachios, almonds, cashews, hemp, sesame and sunflower seeds provide healthy plant-based protein. Contains nuts.

Black Berry Chia Pudding Bowl: VG, P
Coconut water based chia pudding is dyed an inky black with activated charcoal and topped with fresh berries. Activated charcoal binds to toxins to help remove them from the body, making it the perfect detox-friendly breakfast. Paleo.

Hard Boiled Eggs with Dukkah Spice: V, P
Pasture raised eggs with a crunchy, spiced dukkah for dipping. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.


Cool Melon & Coconut Milk Curry: VG
This cool melon curry is one our favorite summer dishes. Thai herbs, lemongrass and coconut milk pair well with the cool, crisp texture of melon. Contains nightshades.

Summer Pesto Vitality Bowl: VG, optional chicken
A hearty bowl with a base of greens, topped with fiber-rich black eyed peas, protein-rich quinoa, zucchini, and pine nut pesto.

All our meals are free of artificial ingredients, refined oils, gluten and dairy. Select meals marked Paleo when choosing your meals, and we'll make sure you also receive no grains, beans, or soy.

Kale Caesar Salad & Nutty Herb Croutons: VG, P, optional chicken
Julienned kale is topped with fresh summer tomatoes, B vitamin-rich shiitake mushrooms, herbed nut and seed croutons, and dressed with a garlicky vegan Caesar dressing. Paleo, contains nuts, nightshades.

Watermelon Berry Bamboo Bowl: VG
Chlorophyll-infused bamboo rice boosts detoxification and dyes the rice a beautiful pastel green. We pair it with fresh watermelon and strawberries, olives, crunchy almonds, arugula, and balsamic vinaigrette for the perfect summer lunch. Contains nuts.

Mixed Greens Salad with Market Vegetables: VG, optional chicken
Farmer's market selection of veggies over Radicle Farm spring greens. May contain nightshades, nuts, or soy.

Grilled Chicken with Peach Chutney and Collard Greens: P
Pasture-raised chicken breast is grilled and served with a fresh peach and red onion chutney and hearty collard greens and summer squash. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Grilled Tofu Kabobs: VG
Organic sprouted tofu is grilled with pepper, onions, and mushrooms and served over brown rice.

Vegetable & Bean Enchilada with Avocado Sauce: VG
We pack gluten-free tortillas with beans, vegetables, and tomatillo salsa. Served with cashew sour cream and avocado sauce for your daily dose of healthy fats. Contains nightshades, nuts.

Cauliflower Larb with Cilantro Rice: VG
Our vegan take on this traditionally meat-based Laotian dish is made with detox-boosting cauliflower and served with cilantro rice. Contains nightshades, nuts (cashew).

Japanese Chicken Meatballs with Broccoli
Japanese chicken meatballs, or tsukune, are served with steamed broccoli and a gingery Tamari tare sauce. Contains egg, soy (Tamari). 

Tempeh with Turmeric Kale Fried Rice: VG
We source locally-made tempeh that is packed with gut-friendly probiotics and is high in B vitamins. Served with anti-inflammatory turmeric fried rice. Contains soy.
