Designed by wellness experts and health-supportive chefs, our meals are made-from-scratch in our Brooklyn kitchen using local seasonal vegetables, pasture-raised meats, and sustainably sourced seafood.

Following a Paleo Diet? All our meals are free of artificial ingredients, refined oils, gluten and dairy. Select meals marked Paleo when choosing your meals, and we'll make sure you also receive no grains, beans, or soy.

Avocado Toast with Probiotic Hot Sauce: VG
Homemade gluten-free bread is toasted and served with avocado and probiotic hot sauce. Contains nightshades.

Cleansing Mulberry Ginger Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
We combine certified gluten-free rolled oats with dried mulberries, ginger and wildflower honey to impart a balanced natural sweetness with slightly savory notes of caraway. Pistachios, almonds, cashews, hemp, sesame and sunflower seeds provide healthy plant-based protein. Contains nuts.

Hard Boiled Eggs with Nigella Seed Crumble: V, P
Pasture raised eggs with a crunchy nigella and sunflower seed crumble for dipping. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.

Rhubarb & Thai Basil Coconut Yogurt: VG, P
Creamy coconut yogurt is infused with spring rhubarb and Thai basil and topped with hemp seeds. Paleo.

Spiced Chia Pudding with Sake-Poached Pear: VG, P
Coconut milk forms the base of this creamy chia pudding, infused with warming spiced and topped with sake-poached pears. Paleo.

Zucchini Cranberry Paleo Muffins: V, P
Kick processed carbs to the curb. Our muffins are made with high-protein almond flour and pasture-raised eggs. Paleo, contains nuts (almond), eggs.

Tropical Granola with Golden Brazil Nut Milk: VG
Take a trip to the tropics. Our gluten-free granola is infused with lime and mixed with dried mango and coconut. Served with a selenium-rich brazil nut milk infused with anti-inflammatory turmeric. Contains nuts.


Black Garlic Vitality Bowl: VG, Optional chicken
A hearty bowl with a base of greens, topped with fiber-rich red beans, basmati rice, eggplant, chili and rich, savory black garlic. Contains nightshades.

Lemongrass Ginger Chicken Soup: P
A pint of our nourishing pasture-raised chicken soup spiked with lemongrass, ginger, and fresh herbs. This twist on traditional chicken soup ups the ante with immune-boosting lemongrass and anti-inflammatory ginger - perfect for cold and flu season! Paleo.

Sesame Ginger Kale Salad: VG, P, Optional chicken
Julienned kale is topped with crunchy honey-candied walnuts, pickled apples, black radish, and dressed with a sesame ginger dressing. Paleo, contains nuts.

Baked Sweet Potato Toast with Hummus & Za'atar: VG
Baked sweet potato is topped with hummus and za'atar spice. Served over greens with a citrusy lemon dressing.

Shaved Fennel Grain Bowl: VG
Fresh fennel is shaved thin and served with quinoa, black eyed peas, and black olives.

Poblano Chili Soup: VG
Sweet smoky roasted poblano chiles and spinach give this creamy soup its bright green color. Served with tortilla chips made from Hot Bread Kitchen tortillas. Contains nightshades.

Spring Greens Salad with Market Vegetables: VG, Optional chicken
Farmer's market selection over Radicle Farm spring greens. Topped with marinated tempeh, or chicken if preffered. May contain nightshades, nuts, or soy.

Tofu Miso Soup: VG
Organic miso is fermented, which fills it with beneficial, live probiotic cultures for a healthy gut. Combined with our housemade vegetable broth, ginger, and tofu for a satisfying lunch. Contains soy.


Chicken Shawarma
Pasture-raised chicken comes with our gluten-free flatbread and spicy herbed zhoug sauce. Contains nightshades, egg.

Fish Tacos with Pico de Gallo
Our sustainable catch of the day is served over Hot Bread Kitchen's heritage corn tortillas with fresh pico de gallo, avocado salsa, and gut-friendly probiotic hot sauce. Contains nightshades.

Mac 'n' Cheese with Mushroom & Kale: VG
Quinoa-based Fusilli pasta is smothered with a dairy-free butternut squash "cheese" sauce and loaded with mushrooms and kale. Contains nuts (cashew).

Spicy Chili Cakes with Coconut Salsa: VG
Yellow split peas form the base of these zesty East African bites. Served with a jicama slaw and cooling coconut salsa. Contains nuts, nightshades.

Char-Grilled Flank Steak with Dandelion & Sunchokes
Grass-fed beef is char-grilled and served with detoxifying spring dandelion and prebiotic-rich sunchokes. Served with roasted red pepper romesco sauce. Contains nuts (hazelnuts), nightshades.

Spaghetti Squash & Broccoli with Harissa Dressing: VG, P
Spaghetti squash, broccoli, and blue potatoes get a kick of heat (and metabolism boost!) from our Harissa-spiked vinaigrette. Paleo, contains nuts (cashew), nightshades.

Tempeh with Turmeric Kale Fried Rice: VG
We source locally-made tempeh that is packed with gut-friendly probiotics and is high in B vitamins. Served with anti-inflammatory turmeric fried rice. Contains soy.

Kimchi Ramen with Tofu and Greens: VG
Tender rutabaga noodles, sprouted tofu, and veggies in our flavorful house vegetable stock with probiotic-rich kimchi.
