Following a Paleo Diet? All our meals are free of artificial ingredients, refined oils, gluten and dairy. Select meals marked Paleo when choosing your meals, and we'll make sure you also receive no grains, beans, or soy.

Cherry Chocolate Crumb Bar: VG
Ripe summer cherries meet rich cacao in our gluten-free breakfast bar. Served with housemade almond milk. Contains nuts.

Strawberry Orange Blossom Chia Pudding: VG, P
Creamy coconut milk based chia pudding is infused with orange blossom and topped with strawberries. Paleo.

Market Vegetable Frittata: V, P
Pastured eggs make for delicious frittatas. Loaded with seasonal veggies and a side of greens. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Blackberry Pistachio Paleo Muffins: V, P
Kick processed carbs to the curb. Our muffins are made with high-protein almond flour, coconut flour, and pasture-raised eggs. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.

Hard Boiled Eggs with Nigella Seed Crumble: V, P
Pasture raised eggs with a crunchy nigella and sunflower seed crumble for dipping. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.

Cleansing Mulberry Ginger Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
We combine certified gluten-free rolled oats with dried mulberries, ginger and wildflower honey to impart a balanced natural sweetness with slightly savory notes of caraway. Pistachios, almonds, cashews, hemp, sesame and sunflower seeds provide healthy plant-based protein. Contains nuts.

Gazpacho Andaluz with Cornbread Croutons: VG
Traditional chilled Spanish gazpacho takes full advantage of fresh heirloom tomatoes. Topped with our crunchy cornbread croutons. Contains nightshades.

Green Goddess Vitality Bowl: VG, optional chicken
A hearty bowl with a base of greens, topped with chlorophyll-rich bamboo rice, seasonal squash, black-eyed peas, and an avocado-based Green Goddess sauce packed with fresh herbs like basil and parsley.
 

Lentil and Strawberry Salad: VG
Bright strawberry and grapefruit balance the earthy lentils in this fresh salad tossed with a sweet and tangy honey-lime vinaigrette.

Montmartre Grain Bowl: VG
Our French-inspired grain bowl features quinoa, heirloom tomatoes, green beans, black olives, crispy blue potatoes, and a marinated kale salad with lemon vinaigrette. Contains nightshades.

Kale Caesar Salad & Nutty Herb Croutons: VG, P, optional chicken
Julienned kale is topped with fresh summer tomatoes, B vitamin-rich shiitake mushrooms, herbed nut and seed croutons, and dressed with a garlicky vegan Caesar dressing. Paleo, contains nuts, nightshades.

Beetroot Bites with Mint Crema: VG
Beets are one of our favorite veggies for boosting your body's natural detoxification processes, while cumin is great for digestion. We pair our beetroot bites with a cashew-based mint crema. Contains nightshades, soy, nuts.

Hawaiian Salmon Bowl
Wild salmon is served over plantains and sticky rice with an avocado cilantro dressing. Plantains and sticky rice are easy-to-digest forms of starch that won't spike your blood sugar when combined with the healthy fats from the salmon and avocado. 

Turkey Burger Lettuce Cup with Zucchini Fries: P
Tender pastured turkey burgers sit in lettuce cups with our "secret sauce" and zucchini fries. Paleo, contains nightshades, egg.

Celeriac Noodles with Jungle Peanut Satay Sauce: VG
Wild jungle peanuts are hand-harvested and carefully sun-dried to be naturally free of aflatoxin, a liver carcinogen found in most regular peanuts. We grind them into a satay sauce and toss with grain-free celeriac noodles and veggies. Contains nightshades.

Spicy Chili Cakes with Coconut Salsa: VG
Yellow split peas form the base of these zesty East African bites. Served with a jicama slaw and cooling coconut salsa. Contains nuts, nightshades.

Steak with Heirloom Tomato and Chimichurri Sauce
Grass-fed flank streak is sliced over fresh summer heirloom tomatoes and a yuca mash. Herb-packed chimichurri sauce boosts detoxification. Contains nightshades.
