Double Cacao Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
Double the chocolate is twice as nice! Our gluten-free granola is infused with cacao powder and mixed with cacao nibs. Served with a selenium-rich brazil nut milk. Contains nuts.

Hard Boiled Eggs with Dukkah Spice: V, P
Pasture raised eggs with a crunchy, spiced dukkah for dipping. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.

Vanilla Chia Pudding Bowl: VG, P
This creamy coconut milk-based chia pudding is topped with seasonal fruit, dates, brazil nuts, and cacao nibs. Cacao nibs are packed with repairing antioxidants and anxiety-relieving magnesium. Paleo, contains nuts.

Purple Forest Paleo Muffins: V, P
Kick processed carbs to the curb. Beet puree, cacao, and cherries give these muffins their vibrant color and flavor. Paleo, contains eggs, nuts.

Vibrant Earth Bowl: VG, P
This savory breakfast bowl features probiotic-rich Anita's coconut yogurt studded roasted beets, fresh herbs, sunflower seeds, dukkah spice, and pepitas, finished with a tahini drizzle. Paleo, contains nuts.

Cleansing Mulberry Ginger Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
We combine certified gluten-free rolled oats with dried mulberries, ginger and wildflower honey to impart a balanced natural sweetness with slightly savory notes of caraway. Pistachios, almonds, cashews, hemp, sesame and sunflower seeds provide healthy plant-based protein. Contains nuts.

Market Vegetable Frittata: V, P
Pastured eggs make for delicious frittatas. Loaded with seasonal veggies and a side of greens. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Chilled Beet Soup with Coriander Yogurt: VG, P
Beets are excellent for detoxification. We roast them and blend with potatoes, sauerkraut, and herbs. A dollop of coriander coconut yogurt gives a probiotic boost. Contains nightshades.

Black Bean Burger with Avocado Dressing: VG
A hearty black bean and sweet potato burger served with a creamy avocado dressing. Contains nightshades.

Butternut Squash Spread with Crudités and Cashew Ricotta: VG, P
Vegetable crudités and sweet potato chips are served with our creamy caramelized onion and butternut squash dip with cashew ricotta. Paleo, contains nuts, nightshades.

All our meals are free of artificial ingredients, refined oils, gluten and dairy. Select meals marked Paleo when choosing your meals, and we'll make sure you also receive no grains, beans, or soy.

Ancient Grain Green Salad with Tangerine Mint Vinaigrette: VG
Job's tears, also called coix seeds, are an ancient gluten-free whole grain we love for it's chewy texture and high protein-to-carb ratio. We pair them with fresh greens, cucumber, peas, and a tangy tangerine mint vinaigrette.

Lemongrass Ginger Chicken Soup: P
A pint of our nourishing pasture-raised chicken soup spiked with lemongrass, ginger, and fresh herbs. This twist on traditional chicken soup ups the ante with immune-boosting lemongrass and anti-inflammatory ginger - perfect for cold and flu season! Paleo.

Saffron Date Vitality Bowl: VG, optional chicken
A hearty bowl with a base of greens, topped with saffron and date rice, julienned carrots, crispy chickpeas and a creamy coconut dressing.

Kale Caesar Salad & Nutty Herb Croutons: VG, P, optional chicken
Julienned kale is topped with crunchy, savory herbed nut and seed croutons and dressed with a garlicky vegan Caesar dressing. Paleo, contains nuts.

This Puerto Rican twist on a Salmon Niçoise features wild salmon, pasture raised egg, and veggies over mixed greens. Contains eggs, nightshades. 

Seared Steak Lettuce Cups with Goji & Brown Rice
Seared grass-fed steak is served in lettuce cups with cashews, goji berries, brown rice and a sesame dipping sauce.

Spicy Chili Cakes with Coconut Salsa: VG
Yellow split peas form the base of these zesty East African bites. Served with a jicama slaw and cooling coconut salsa. Contains nuts, nightshades.

Roasted Cauliflower Steak with Walnut Caper Salsa: VG, P
Large cauliflower steaks are roasted with herbs and spices and served over greens with a walnut caper salsa. Paleo, contains nuts.

Coconut Quinoa and Lentil Curry: VG
A warming curry with protein-rich quinoa and lentils, lime, and mango. Served with housemade Dukkah Crackers. Contains nightshades, soy, nuts.

Hazelnut Crusted Fish with Mushroom Vinaigrette: P
Our sustainable catch of the day is crusted with hazelnuts and allspice and served with a mix of carrots, leeks, celery, and snow peas over greens. Topped with a mushroom vinaigrette. Paleo, contains nuts.

Tofu and Black Rice in Pepita Poppy Seed Sauce: VG
Organic sprouted tofu is served in a velvety poppy seed sauce over black rice. Contains soy, nightshades.

Mac 'n' Cheese with Mushroom & Kale: VG
Quinoa-based Fusilli pasta is smothered with a dairy-free butternut squash "cheese" sauce and loaded with mushrooms and kale. Contains nuts (cashew).
