Kick processed carbs to the curb. Our muffins are made with high-protein almond flour, eggs and coconut oil. Paleo, contains nuts, eggs.

Roasted Fig Chia Pudding: VG, P
Creamy coconut milk-based chia pudding is topped with roasted figs, pomegranate molasses, and orange zest. Paleo.

Chickpea Frittata with Market Vegetables: VG
Pudla is a chickpea-based Indian crepe, full of protein and fiber. We mix the batter with fresh vegetables for an egg-free "frittata" and serve it with greens. May contain nightshades.

Beetroot Brazil Nut Milk & Flower Power Granola: VG
Hibiscus powder coats our gluten-free granola for a citrusy and floral vibrant breakfast. Pink brazil nut milk is infused with detox-friendly beets.

Hard Boiled Eggs with Truffle Crumble: V, P
Pasture raised eggs with savory truffle salt-spiked seed dip. Paleo, contains eggs.

Market Vegetable Frittata: V, P
Pastured eggs make for delicious frittatas. Loaded with seasonal veggies and a side of greens. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Toasted Coconut Oatmeal with Grapefruit: VG
A warming coconut and banana based oatmeal baked with sweet and sour citrus.

Double Cacao Granola with Brazil Nut Milk: VG
Double the chocolate is twice as nice! Our gluten-free granola is infused with cacao powder and mixed with cacao nibs. Served with a selenium-rich brazil nut milk. Contains nuts.

Honey-Roasted Carrot Vitality Bowl: VG, Optional chicken
A hearty bowl with a base of greens and topped with quinoa, red beans, honey-roasted carrots, and creamy Tahini Sumac dressing. Garnished with pine nuts.

Lemongrass Ginger Chicken Soup: P
A pint of our nourishing pasture-raised chicken soup spiked with lemongrass, ginger, and fresh herbs. This twist on traditional chicken soup ups the ante with immune-boosting lemongrass and anti-inflammatory ginger - perfect for cold and flu season! Paleo.

Purple Artichoke Soup with Green Harissa: VG, P
This creamy soup is packed with liver-cleansing artichoke and detox-boosting herbs. Paleo, contains nightshades.

Sesame Ginger Kale Salad: VG, P, Optional chicken
Julienned kale is topped with crunchy honey-candied walnuts, pickled apples, black radish, and dressed with a sesame ginger dressing. Paleo, contains nuts.

Yellow split peas form the base of these zesty East African bites. Served with a jicama slaw and cooling coconut salsa. Contains nuts, nightshades.

Korean Vermicelli with Portobello & Kimchi: VG, Optional chicken
Sweet potato starch is the only ingredient in these gluten-free noodles. Topped with caramelized onion, carrot, and portobello mushroom in a sweet and savory Tamari sauce. Contains soy, nightshades.

Spaghetti Squash & Broccoli with Harissa Dressing: VG, P
Spaghetti squash, broccoli, and blue potatoes get a kick of heat (and metabolism boost!) from our Harissa-spiked vinaigrette. Paleo, contains nuts (cashew), nightshades.

Mac 'n' Cheese with Mushroom & Kale: VG

Sushi Bowl with Beet Cured Salmon and Avocado Dressing
We house-cure wild salmon with beets for a vibrant pink color and serve it with a black rice "sushi" bowl with veggies and an avocado dressing.

Pomegranate Glazed Steak with Mint & Sweet Potato
Grass-fed steak is seared with a pomegranate molasses glaze and garnished with mint. Served with sweet potato wedges and a crispy mushroom kale salad.
