All the delicious components of the classic Vietnamese sandwich are represented here in our Paleo version - we've skipped the bread but not the flavor. Pasture-raised chicken is marinated with digestion-boosting spices like ginger and chili pepper, served with a carrot cucumber slaw and spicy cashew cream over farm greens.
Bombay Grain Bowl with Coconut Cashews (Vegetarian)
This flavorful bowl features curried cauliflower, chana masala, sauteed kale, coconut-crusted cashews and black mustard dressing with a pasture-raised turmeric egg. Vibrant turmeric fights inflammation while cruciferous cauliflower supports liver function.
