Difference Between Cleanse Programs

What type of cleanse program should I do? This is one of the most common questions our wellness experts receive from clients. Our answer: it depends on your wellness goals. Our organic prepared meal delivery is great for those that want to choose their meals from our weekly menu of 20+ options including Paleo, plant-based, or omnivore selections. These plans are very flexible and allow you to choose which meal types (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) you'd like.

Our cleanse programs, on the other hand, are best for those looking for a metabolic and digestive reset and help from our wellness experts to make their food choices throughout the day. We offer three cleanse programs and each have different features. 

The Whole Food Cleanse is our newest program and designed to fit your busy schedule. On this cleanse program we provide you with everything you need to detox on the go: 2 to 5 days of protein smoothies, 100% plant-based meals with alkalizing greens and metabolism-boosting superfoods, detox tea-tonics, and daily protein snacks for looking and feeling beautiful from the inside out. 

The 5-Day Detox program includes our organic plant-based meals plus Be Well's fiber-rich Cleanse shake powders and supplements to support detoxification and healthy digestion.  Our gut-healing meals eliminate common allergens and inflammatory foods, while supplements deliver daily nutrients such as D3, omega 3 fish oils, and probiotics. This is our favorite option for promoting weight loss and boosting energy over the course of 5 days.

The 3-Week Commit to Clean Challenge program is designed to help you break any bad eating habits and set yourself up for a total clean eating routine that lasts. On this program we will send you protein and fiber rich shakes for breakfast, whole food meals for lunch and dinner (including wild fish and poultry), and a daily snack from Provenance-approved purveyors for you to eat Monday through Friday. Also included is a detailed guide with tips and tricks to keep it clean on your own over the weekend (how to order at restaurants, what to cook for the family, and more), plus a complimentary 20-minute health coaching session with one of our certified culinary nutritionists on staff.
